We moved to Florida a few months ago. After apartment living we decided to buy a home. Before finding Hillary my husband and I were using another realtor. She did not seem to care if she had our business or not so we were extremely frustrated. After putting a bid on 3 homes with the other realtor we decided just to stop our home search. Hillary was fantastic to work with. As absentee owners, we needed someone able and willing to handle a lot of details for us. The variety of details that Hillary needed to handle--from finding repairmen to tracking down a company that failed to close out a building permit--would have been very difficult and time consuming for us. Hillary was a huge help in selling my aunt's home. Her advice on staging and making the home even more beautiful was spot on.
